Lipolytic injections (also called fat-dissolving injections, Aqualyx, Kybella, or phosphatidylcholine injections) break down and destroy fat cells in targeted areas without surgery. The most common treatment areas are the submental area (double chin), flanks, inner thighs, arms, and back fat.
