When you claim a deal listed on the Faceify Labs marketplace, there is no payment made to Faceify Labs. You submit your interest, we notify the clinic, and you pay the clinic directly at the time of your appointment at the discounted price shown on the listing.
Refund and cancellation terms for the procedure itself are between you and the clinic. If the clinic does not contact you within 30 days of your claim, or refuses to honour the listed price, please report it via ceo@faceifylabs.com — we will follow up with the clinic and, where appropriate, help you find an alternative.
Day Pass purchases unlock 24 hours of full simulator access. Because digital access is delivered immediately upon purchase, Day Pass purchases are non-refundable.
Surgeon and clinic plans (Starter, Pro, Clinic) are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; charges for past and current billing cycles are not refunded or pro-rated.

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to ceo@faceifylabs.com. Indian users may also raise disputes through the Razorpay Disputes process. For payments processed by Polar (international), you may contact your card issuer directly.
