Mesotherapy delivers a customised cocktail of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, hyaluronic acid, and pharmaceutical compounds via a series of superficial micro-injections into the mesoderm (middle skin layer). It is used for skin hydration (skin boosters), reducing localised fat deposits, cellulite reduction, scalp hair loss, and brightening dull skin. The injection solution is tailored to your specific concern by the treating physician.
Multiple tiny injections are administered across the treatment zone using a very fine needle or mesotherapy gun. Sessions take 20–45 minutes. Expect mild redness, micro-bumps, and light bruising for 24–72 hours. Numbing cream is applied beforehand. For fat-reduction mesotherapy (Aqualyx or similar), localised swelling and firmness for several days is normal. Most protocols require 4–8 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart.
