The Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is the fastest-growing cosmetic procedure in the US. It combines liposuction from donor areas (abdomen, flanks, thighs, back) with fat re-injection into the buttocks and hips, creating a “snatched waist” effect paired with enhanced curves.
Approximately 60–80% of transferred fat survives long-term (20–30% is reabsorbed). Typical transfer volumes range from 300–800cc per side. Key variations include the shape goal (natural, round, athletic, or dramatic), hip dip correction (filling the lateral concavities for a smooth S-curve), and donor area selection for the “360 lipo” component.
