DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) is an evolution of FUE hair transplant that uses a specialized Choi pen-style implanter to extract and place grafts in a single instrument. Unlike traditional FUE — where recipient channels are pre-made before grafts are placed — DHI implants each graft in one motion, providing more precise control over angle, depth, and direction.
